CoA Inception Plot

This is a catch-all post for the City of Ariel extraction plot, tentatively scheduled for July 10th, 2013. Feel free to ask questions/make corrections in the comments. Edits will be noted here as the plot progresses.
Dreamsharing: lucid dreams involving multiple people, hooked to a PASIV device.
PASIV: A briefcase-sized device that uses the somnacin drug to induce shared dreams.
Extraction: Stealing secrets from someone's dreams.
Architect: The person who creates the dream levels, often in the form of a maze.
Dreamer: The person who dreams the levels, according to the architect's plans. If they die, the dream collapses. Anyone still in the dream will be kicked back awake.
Subject: The target or victim of the extraction. Their mind populates the dream with projections.
Projections: Subconscious manifested as people. If alarmed or angered, they will be come violent. They can be suppressed, but not controlled. Any dreamer may bring projections into the dream, though usually, the subject is the only one who does.
Forger: A dreamsharer who can change his physical appearance in the dream. Good forgers will mimic physical traits and tics as well, to more convincingly impersonate someone.

Pre-plot: Each character will meet with Arthur, Eames, or Ariadne as many times as the players want to log. They will get a basic run-down of dreamsharing and how to work in the dream from the experienced dream-sharers. They will not get any experience dreaming, because the team has a very limited amount of Somnacin. However, some training that could help (such as meditation, to suppress their subconscious during the extraction) can be practiced in the real-world.
Plot: The team will administer a sleeping agent to the mayor to put her to sleep, after which they will hook her up to the PASIV. To conserve Somnacin, the dream will consist of two levels. The whole plot should take roughly 10 minutes in the real world, giving them two hours on Dream Level One and slightly less than 24 hours on Dream Level Two.
Arthur will be the dreamer for Dream Level One. It will be a city, likely modeled on but not identical to Ariel. The streets will be a maze, designed by Ariadne. This level will be filled with dangerous projections from the Mayor. Members of the Bait Team may bring in their own projections as they see fit. (Everyone will receive instruction from Arthur on how to suppress their subconscious, however, as untrained dreamers, their control may be imperfect.) This means dreamers may encounter each others' projections as well as the mayor's at player discretion. Because Arthur is the dreamer and every mind has been alerted to the fact that this is someone else's dream, all projections will be violent. Anyone killed ("kicked") from Level One will go up to the real world.
Eames will be the dreamer for Dream Level Two. It will likely be an apartment or bedroom, very small in scale, where he can forge the face of one of the Mayor's lovers. He will attempt to convince her to either A) answer their questions, or B) break into a safe that her subconscious has filled with their secrets. (Or both!)
Security in the real world will be interrupted by Miles Edgeworth, arriving for an unscheduled appointment with the Mayor. Additionally, they may dodge or fight NPC city guard as they (and the mods) deem appropriate.
Post-Plot: Players with characters on the City Guard may organize an investigation entirely at their discretion. While no player will be forced to penalize or reeducate their character, in-character actions will equal in-character consequences. Characters who openly talk about the extraction or give hints that they were involved may become the targets of a player-run investigation, and that may very well lead to in-character punishments if their participation can be reasonably discovered.
